By downloading, installing, or using Fatbelly, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
License
Fatbelly grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Premium features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase
- Payment is processed through your Apple ID account
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage subscriptions in your device's Settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Important: Fatbelly is a timer app, not a medical device or fitness advisor.
- Consult a healthcare provider before starting any exercise program
- Listen to your body and stop if you experience pain or discomfort
- The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
- You are solely responsible for your health and safety during workouts
Limitation of Liability
Fatbelly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your use of the app.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
