Restoring a subscription
Open the parents' area (the shield at the bottom right), answer the grown-ups' question, go to the Subscription tab and tap "Restore purchases". Use the same Apple ID you bought it with.
Cancelling or changing a subscription
On the Subscription tab, tap "Manage subscription", or open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, tap your name, then Subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Several children
Up to four children can play on one iPhone or iPad, each with their own Explorer and progress. Two or more children need Kadoo Family Plus. Add, rename or remove children in the parents' area.
Play time
You choose how long a child can play when setting up, and can change it in the parents' area. When time is up, the Explorer says goodbye gently.
Languages
The game teaches English. Help and the parents' area are available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese and Portuguese (Brazil).
Privacy
Kadoo collects no data; progress stays on your device. Read the privacy policy.
